The authorities’ threat: “with making private plaintiffs, we will change the legal procedure of El-Yasin case from political-security case to an ordinary judicial case”
According to the most recent news on El-Yasin case, the authorities in charge of the case threatened Mr. Peyman Fattahi, the imprisoned leader of El-Yasin Community, that “to demolish you publicly, we will change your case from a political-security case to a common case with making private plaintiffs”.
This threat happened while high-ranking officials of Iran said:
“this case has turned to a prestige case for Intelligence Service”
On the other hand, in an interview with VOA, Mr. Fattahi’s lawyer has announced that:
“In a visit with the judge assistant, he said to me that El-Yasin’s case is one of the most important security cases of Iran. Mentioning some of the important security cases of Iran, He pointed that El-Yasin’s case is on top list of judicial scrutiny”
It is worth mentioning that the authorities in charge of El-Yasin case who could not find any evidences to prove the accusations like “acting against national security” and “subversion” have decided to change the procedure of the case out of international case and this way stop the supports of human rights organizations and Mass Medias
